For the most part I thought it was doing ok. It seems to be plumping up, however, there are a few heads on the side that seem droopy and not doing well. Is it doing ok? Is it possible for part of the coral to be doing really well and some really poorly?

The colony looks great, could be that those polyps got shaded out by others growing over them. I wouldn't worry unless you see it spreading.
