you think I should still also ask about the $250 credit they were gonna give to me ? hahahahahahahaha
Probably spent that on expediting that tank too

On behalf of the BOD. We understand the frustration with this event.
And all points are valid here.
however, NJRC cannot enforce or get involved in side deals that we were not privy to between vendor and client. We had to step into this situation because we were a 3rd party to tank and stand. However , everything else from here is no different then a vendor customer dispute
I’m really sorry for this del. We will be making changes going forward for sure
BOD
thanks man! I'll keep you posted! dude, how is it we are neighbors and never met?Del home depo rents the moving straps and suction cups. Uhaul also rents them.
I moved a glass 210 gallon tank to the basement with only 4 people and one of them was my wife.
I live in Edison so I can definitely help.
there's so much I would love to do and say..but that's the old me. the new me just says ah well. it is what it is. at least the tank is here (still waiting on lights). what's done is done. I try not to stress things much anymore. i got a little one on the way so I'm super excited and happy that I can share this with him soon. all I know is NJRC has shown me nothing but love. and thats why I love this family.I didn't mean to imply that the BOD should've done anything more or different here. I understand that there is no power to enforce, not to mention the BOD is in a tough spot as the vendor is a sponsor of NJRC. Anything that you've done to facilitate the conversation is already appreciated I'm sure, and nobody should be looking for NJRC to be doing more.
My point was to simply highlight this as an experience with a vendor and it sheds some light on their business practice. In other words, feedback similar to what we have in the "retailer experience" forum. This stands out to me as something different than how most businesses (mine included) would operate. I do believe that it's something for our members to think about, especially if there are any future raffles.

Are you nuts or just have to much money to toss around. All you gotta do is ask for hand I’m sure be dozen of us at ur door to help,, I’d bring the 20 inch guns over and spin it on my finger lolquick update. so tank is currently in my garage. the agreement was that since it took so long for us to get the tank, ACC will bring it in and install it. however, that changed when John said that , due to them having to pay more to rush the tank to us, he can't have that done. so I'm actually coming out of my own pocket to have professionals bring the tank down to my basement. thats all they are doing though. I myself will build the stand, and then once that's done, was actually going to ask for some reefers help to simply lift tank onto the stand. Im currently painting and preparing the baby room, so of course that's what takes priority. but, my goal is to have this setup and cycles before December.
I’m here for ya. I have a couple hundred cut, and some more coming this week, time allowing. The plan is another $10 club sale, but you’re welcome anytime.
I’m working on finally plumbing in that deep blue I traded with @amado for. Then I’ll have some more!
Dave
I’ve got 125 dollars of store credit at ACC and considering not using it as I will no longer do business with them after seeing how they don’t care much about this problem with standing up to their word, terrible service and shaky owner as far as I’m concerned,, plus have you all noticed that ACC doesn’t post here anymore,, he needs our business more than we need his store which is ridiculously over priced I’d rather go to dangerdaves and help support someone in our communityI didn't mean to imply that the BOD should've done anything more or different here. Smart I do need new power heads n grow lightIf you have store credit then you should use it. Since they already got the money or trade for the credit. I would buy some thing you need and not live stock.
you already know I'm definitely calling you to help put it on the stand hahahah!! but since the stairway is really tight, i didn't want to risk a bunch of people in a small space bringing it down. but thanks for the love #njrc4lifeAre you nuts or just have to much money to toss around.
