Is there an agenda for the meeting? Raffles? speakers? Im sorry if i missed it in another post. If there is going to be a raffle i would like to donate a couple frags for it. I hope i can RSVP by tonight if my saturday clears up. But if i cant go ill still donate the frags If someone canpick them up and take them.

Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.

The agenda for meeting is just pure reefing joy. A wonderfull oppurtunity to just get together with other reefers and talk shop without getting the looks of are you crazy that most normies give us when we discuss shop. Food is consumed, drink are imbibed and good times are had by all. There is a raffle with frags purchased from one of our fine sponsors and for this very special meeting we will be giving away free calenders to the first 40 people. There are even name tags!!!
If you have not been to a meeting or are on the fence, go. This is what really makes our club special when we all get together and friendships are forged. I will not be able to make this one but rest assured I will be consuming and imbibing with you all in mind.

Come on Bob just do it. it is about 1:15 ride for me.
We have not canceled or changed any in the past, but that would be to the host's discretion. I went to a north meeting one time that took me 4.5-5 hrs to get there due to snow storm. I would have turned around, but I had the raffles! I debated turning around the whole way there and was quite shocked at how many people made it to the meeting. We are HardCore Reefers!!!!
I was just starting to think I was bad luck. I had planned on going to the frag swap and weather stopped me. I plan on going to this meeting and then I saw we were expecting snow. I figured I was never going to make it to one.
So far we've got wings and pretzels for food. Also looks to be a small group this month. How about a few of us chip in for pizzas and make it easy on everyone trying to figure out what to bring?

Good idea, but we should do it locally, maybe Kevin knows of a good source. I know Tony's Baltimore Grill in AC makes a great pie, but I don't think they deliver. I'll chip in.

Been there, done that! One meeting I hosted we had 10-12 people come and only 2 brought food. Needless to say the fridge was well stocked!
It's not good to drink on an empty stomach so we ordered some pizzas and it worked out great.
