They have a 14 day guarantee and they are rock solid behind it.

Yeah already spoke to them they gonna put in file that it was DOA. They were gonna send another one out on Monday. But they told me to wait till the feb 1 to see if any other fish dies so that they can send them in 1 package.

No I'm positive as soon as I cut the bag open . Let me tell u I had to put the bag and fish outside .. Stink city.

Lost one of the Bartlett's Anthias. It was breathing awfully hard since its been in the qt tank. Everyone one else looks healthy swimming around normally.
