July 2015 Meeting

Our July 2015 Club Meeting will be held at the home of MatteZ

When: Saturday, July 18th from 1PM to 5PM

Info:

Hi my name is Matt and I am addicted to saltwater!
I have been in the sw hobby since 09 when a friend of gave me his jbj 24g cube. The first fish I put in the tank swam behind the rocks and then soon after died (it was a Royal Gramma). The second fish to go in that tank was a clown, & you can meet him at the party because he is still swimming around.
Since that tank I have upgraded to a 90, and then again to my current 140g mixed reef tank. My current tank is a little over a year old and is packed with SPS, LPS, softies, Z's & P's, and mushrooms. Tons of fish to help feed to corals.
I have a tiny house so please keep that in mind when you RSVP. I will figure out something for us to eat. We aren't drinkers so if you want beer or whatever bring it with. I will take care of the ice and everything else.
I will supply the frags for the raffle.

Great meeting Matt! It was nice to catch up with the old gang again and talk reef. I've been away for a while and I didn't realize how much I missed that.

It was a small but cozy group this month and everything from the conversation to the food to the raffles was fantastic! Really glad I came.

I normally take a bunch of pics at meetings but I forgot my good camera so I only got a few shots with my phone. I'll share them for those who couldn't make the meeting:

Great meeting Matt. Thanks for everything, those sandwiches were delicious!
This was my first NJRC meeting and I have to say I am very glad to have met you all. I got TONS of information and assistance as I kept derailing the conversations constantly to ask questions.
I look forward to many more meetings and hopefully hosting one soon as well. Dance

I had a great time also! I have been stagnant with my reefing lately, and yesterday jump started it!

Does anybody have any money I can borrow to buy some more corals?
