I won’t be able to make it. That is the weekend of the boys 18th birthday/graduation party weekend for my three youngest sons. I hope you all have a great time!

Mark, I have mini colonies to give you to raffle off to benefit the club. We just need to catch up to arrange getting them to you for the big day.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

OK, were 24 hours post announcement and have 20 or so confirmed.

Also, have a few big announcements following on raffles.
Confirmed donations so far from: Hydor, BRS, Red Sea, Danger Dave
Raffle items will be listed as they arrive.

Vendors and Sponsers, feel free to donate to raffles or send me some marketing materials I can put out (to above address).

This is my first time attending a meet and because my tanks are still in the infant stages I don’t have anything to donate so what should I bring?

This is, of course, subject to public health directives and could change.

As per the previous parties over this way, it'll be standard stuff.
Everyone is welcome, with family. We'll have cake and ice cream for the kids. Games, movies, and a pool (big intex only 3'deep).
There will be a 'floater tank' set up to hold corals for sales, trades, etc
Same caterer as previous 2 meets, so good food and (hopefully) enough of it. Please feel free to cook and bring your specialty.
Craft beer and nice wines are more than welcome, and craft beer.
A few tables will be set up if you'd like to display items to sell or trade.
Raffles, sponsers, and a few other details to follow post convo with the upper management.

Lets keep this thread to RSVP, just drop a y/n/? and how many people you're bringing.
Feel free to start a separate thread to discuss sales and trades for the meet.
