til this day, the best penne in vodka sauce was I ever had was from a catering company in Hackensack called Personal Touch Catering. Few have come close, but none have beat it or matched it.

Darn, I must have missed this debate!!! Is the debate "Sauce" versus "Gravy" when it comes to that stuff you put on your pasta? This isn't a Jersey thing, I think it's more of a real Brooklyn (NYC) Gumba thing. I don't mean to pick on NYC, but the only time I've heard the debate or use was with real Gumbas out of NYC. In my best Brooklyn accent, "Mama made the best gravy on our block." Now a number of them (too many), including myself, have moved from New York to New Jersey....too many Gumba's! :oops:
