Koran angel cloudy puffy eyes

Hi all.

I've been good and have not added any fish and have slowed water changes to once a week

All fish have been health and eating.

Today I noticed my angel has cloudy puffy eyes.

Thoughts. No other fish have the condition.

Need to treat with praziquantel/Prazipro. If one fish has flukes, likelihood is all have flukes. This can be dosed directly into the DT.....no need to QT. Follow directions.

symptoms in your photos strongly suggest flukes... Just because one has it does not mean it has infected others... You can treat with prazi pro but if you do I would treat wait 3 days water change treat again wait 3 days water change treat again... Freshwater dips are immediate relief but reinfestation can still happen. Antibiotics will do nothing for flukes.

So you all are awesome. 6 mins in freshwater. I saw 2 oval shaped thinks fall out/ off his right eye. It was creepy.

Can you tell me, do these things also attach to the fins?
