LED Lighting for 40B Fowlr

What do you guys recommend that's on the afforable side? This will be a fowlr tank, possibly with some xenia for movement. Shimmering lights would be nice.

+2, I’m using 2 of the 165W marsaqua one’s on my 90. A single 300W would probably work best for a 40B.
