LED lights... Is this worth it?

im still making my own just starting out with 10mm leds first.seems like every other day they come out with stronger leds.also want 2 experiment with mixing in some red and pink with the blue and white.

there is a guy who has been using xmas leds on a tank and says all is doing good..
also i might stay away from wingo seen he might just be using reg.leds from china.

Here is an interesting article basically saying that LED prices are not coming down because people are afraid to get sued by Orbitec. They were the company that put PFO out of business.

i am just going to start making 1 with 10mm to get soldering skill up and use it 4 a fuge light then going to make 1 with 3watt led
