So, I have 2 MP40s.
Opposing sides of a 4' tank. 1/3 way down glass, in center.
Set on lagoon, master/slave, and anti-synch, 50% power, I canna' giv'er any more!
I've got some decent coverage.

I'm messing about with settings today and am going to try tidal swell.
Was even considering trying to mount them on the back wall.

Wondering what other club members have their Vortechs settings at.
Location,modes that have worked better or worse, etc.

Would be nice to have a collection of comparative info.

Did the same when I had the Gyre. Huge wave over the the other side.

Reef Crest, at about 60%. Not linked, I feel like there is more randomness when they are not linked.

I have one MP40, lagoon mode, full power on a 6 foot 180 gallon. Mostly soft corals with some LPS.

I must be a freakin idiot, my 120 has been running since Saturday and I have gone through all modes and still don’t know what I am doing. I can’t seem to find the right combination. I have two Mp40’s both are on the same side on either side of the overflow due to the peninsula. I’m trying to keep the other end clear of Equiptment. I still don’t know what color is what mode. A little help would be great.
