On my old 57 I did a 1/4 mesh on aluminum window screen frame. I used some acrylic “tabs” glued to the frame to hold it in place.

You can pick up clear plastic mesh from Amazon or BRS.
Through BRS you can buy it as a full cover kit.
If you want to save some cash, you can go to a box store and buy the runners, the corner pieces, and the spline that holds the net in fairly cheap.
Ha! Was going to highly recommend Clearview Lids as an excellent option if you wanted to drop $150+ but it turns out they make lids for everything except the Deep Blue 80s.
