Is there any electrician that is a pro on wiring two 72" VHO to ice cap 660. I have a fixture that has 3 MH and two VHO that is 72 inches long. I bought it used and it did not come with a ballast to run the VHO’s but still had the wire harness with the clear plastic plug that goes into the ballast . So I purchase a ice cap 660 with wiring harness because I do not know the correct one to purchase for that fixture. After that I compare the color wire plug into the ballast I notice that the wire harness that comes with the 660 ballast color wire was not pinned in the plastic plug. So to me which is a novice I am assuming that its wired differently. So now I need help!!!!!

I hope that I explained it correctly. It looks like I may have to re-wire everything.

Newsalt, that for the pic but I already have it. I am just not confident in my ability of taken everything apart and wiring it all over again

I had the same type of problem you are having. I had retro fit 72" VHO's to an icecap 660 ballast and I had to wire it myself. Im no pro electrician or anything like that at wiring but by simply folowing that chart and splicing the correct wires together it is a very simple job. Just plan it out carefully and take your time doing it... you cant go wrong ;)
