ok i thought i was done with my lights but i guest not. i have a vho aro ballast 4x110 watts. my question is can i hook this up to fire up some t5s? if i can how many? the lenght would be 48 in. thanks

I think you can. Not sure how many bulbs and length you can use. I think IceCaps ballast were originally used for VHO's and now T-5's.
