Lights on lights off??

So after dipping my zoas, their doing better. Ive been keeping my white lights off and just leaving the actinic on. Zoas are still new their on the bottom and look good. But i try to put the bright lights on which are the stock leds from the fluval evo...they close up again. But what about the other corals? And i thought the high lights help with zooplankton and such. So are the zoas still adjusting??

zoas can close up quickly do to light change, sand being kicked on them, shrimp/crab walking on them, etc.. Try running your light normal for a day or two and see if they open back up once the adjust to the light change

You can also try to move em to let's say a corner of the tank some place away from from direct light....again it could still be adjusting cuz overall it looks ok to me

Okay ill just leave them for now. And i just hooked up my skimmer. Maybe that will help. If my skimmers okay.im having bad luck ordering them
