Little white Dots on my Tank Glass Every Morning/day

Every morning and after noon after coming home i see these little white dots on my glass. They are very small and I think have some frilly little arms around the sides of them. Almost like a star fish. I usually just wipe down the glass with the mag float and everythings ok but they are always there the next day. what the hell are they/

without a photo it is going to be hard to tell.. chances are they might be some type of tube worm, or something.. What we don't want to hear is that they are brownish clear with tentacles and you have a million aptasia... Can you get a picture?

o_O. Please don't say that. I have 1 Aptaisia in my tank. They are White almost see through with little tentacles like 4 or 5 tentacles I think. I will try to get a pic.

I have the same thing in my tank! Every morning when the light comes on i have to wipe em of with the float. They look like tiny tiny white serp stars or somethin, smaller than a pea. Def not an apitasia though. Glad i'm not the only one

Ditto on that... but it was when I first went thru my cycles...

Mine been goin strong for about a month now. And not tryin to hijack the thread either sorry

Mine too nick. They might be those jelly things but mine seems to have more arms. They don't seem to be affecting anything. I noticed them ALOT when I stopped dosing vodka and my tank glass slimed up fast.

I had little small curly cued ones. They went away when I dropped the nutrient levels down in my tank. I think they were some sort of small filter feeders.

That's not them they're more stringy lookin like a serpent. I also have those too though. Really amazing what pops in our tanks
