Went to bid on the Phantom Torch. BIds started at $25 and are up to $60 but there's a 'Reserve not met' flag up (as on other items).
Is that an oversight or do these have reserves?

These have reserves. You can click on "bid" near the lower description / private message option to see the bids that have already been placed. This is new software on our website and we are still working out some of the kinks so bear with us.
