Look up julians thing, it's what i use, and you can just cut the tip to make the opening larger if needed, they also sell extra tips should you need different sizes, and they are fairly cheap. If you want an even cheaper option, pick up a turkey baster. Julians thing is 20 bucks, extra tips are 10 for 3 tips. I've had mine over 2 years now with no issues.
