Looking for a phone app programmer/developer...

My nephews have come up with a really great idea for a phone app and they asked me if I knew anyone who could develop it for them. They've even done all the artwork for the features of the app... they just need help on the programming.

you can try www.gamesalad.com

it is free, and just drag and drop ( if you know exactly what you are doing... )
you can search on youtube for tutorial how to use it.

the free version can do quite alots already...
and only if you need to do more advance feature (social networking, game center...) then you need to paid... and the price is not bad either for the full version...

My nephew checked it out and he said it was more for making games, but he was looking up other programs similar that might work.
