Love / Hate Relationship with my pin pincushion urchin

So I've had this pincushion urchin for about a year now and he's really entertaining to watch believe it or not, and does a great job as part of my cuc. But recently he started this new thing where he likes to sit on top of my new frags that I have on a frag rack. I keep moving him and he just keeps coming back so I'm debating moving him to the fuge while I'm on vacation so he doesn't irritate anything to much. Usually every day I come home from work he's just sitting on top of my new zoas and I'm not really seeing much growth and its probably because hes irritating them. Anyone else have similar experiences with these guys? I love to watch him fly around the tank but I really think hes limiting the growth of all my zoas. Thanks

I’d say say stick him in the fuge for a bit. Also. Is your frag rack movable
Yeah thats what I think I'm going to do, don't want to risk coming home to missing zoas, and yeah its a magnetic rack so I can move it wherever even though he just seems to follow it, I've tried different locations lol

Hahaha. I figured moving it would trick him. Sorry about your dilemma but that’s almost funny that he likes it so much

Yeah believe me I thought so to hahaha, Dam thing is attracted to it for whatever reason. I would think maybe the algae on the frag plugs but I have 2 seaweed spots always filled in my tank constantly so I don't think food is the motivation either.....I Guess I'll never know his motive lol

Truth is. It’s the not knowing. The mystery of some things that keeps the hobby so interesting
