I use them 2-3 times a week. I cut a little chunk off and thaw in a cup of tank water. Once thawed I stir it up really well and then use a pippet to remove the bigger chunks of the egg sack and mix with LRS and PE mysis. I have been a bit lazy and not removed the egg sack chunks and the fish gobbled it right up so I'm not sure if it is necessary, may depend if your fish will eat it or not.

I have been wanting these but the only local place to me doesn't have the fish eggs. they only ever get the other blends. (Paradise Pets in Westampton)

Yeah they just got them in at ACC, literally did not have them in the system yet. I will try them out this weekend.

i grabbed some reef nutrition ROE @ RAP R.O.E. Real Oceanic Eggs | Reef Nutrition - Premium Coral, Fish and Invertebrate Feeds for the Marine Ornamental Industry which i can imagine is very similar....i feed my guys this and they go ape S%^T when i toss this stuff in. i dip a dropper into the container and just swirl around whatever sticks to it in the tank
