Hello, so I've kept saltwater before a while back and just got back in. I've had a 20g long for a few months now and I'm upgrading to a 40b with a sump. This is my first tank with a sump ever. So any help and tips is appreciated.

I got the 40b a few months back. Just moved to Brick so I was waiting to settle down before setting it up. Drilling it was scary but I did it. Also painted the back with krylon fusion.

20g long sump was given to me by the awesome @Paulie069
Beautiful stand was also given to me by @Hockeynut (got to check out his set up and I was amazed. Absolutely gorgeous and some great tips)

Messed up cutting my bulkheads but it gave me a nice excuse to drive an hour to Reefco. Love that place. My wallet hates it.

Was busy with work so it was slow progress. This is a dry fit of what I have for my plumbing. How does it look to you guys? Anything I should change? (Gonna paint them so it doesn't stand out when walking past the tank

What I got done yesterday. Waited the 24 hours for glue to dry. Hated the white and purple so I painted it. I know no one will see it but I will know so.

Assembled and put everything together to leak test it. It seems my plumbing is good. I do have a very small leak coming from a bulkhead in my overflow box. It doesn't seem to matter how loose or tight I make it.

Can anyone help me? Any tips or ideas as to why?
