Love the helfrichi idea
I would pick the tiger watchman over the diamond or golden head sleeper. This is my own opinion, but the other two are sand sifters and a 57g might not be enough sand for them. They can get pretty large and they will turn over your sand really quickly. The tiger watchman is not a sand sifter and you can pair it with a pistol shrimp.
Toby puffer: They will eat your inverts so keep that in mind and they can also go after other fish. If it decides to nip and bully the helfrichi firefish, he will win easily. Also, you are pretty much locked in at this point in not having corals.
Great clown choice
Great last choices as well, the ORA orchid dottybacks seem to be a little bit less aggressive which is a good thing.

1st) Helfrichi firefish - fine, need cover for tank as they jump
-
2nd) Orange Spot Diamond goby - cool fish, I'd highly recommend one, I have a pink spot and love it.
-
3rd) Papuan Toby puffer - not reef safe, may bother the helfrichi and clowns, prob would skip
-
4th) Black Ice clowns (2) - great clownfish, awesome colors and patterns, one of the vendors on here Clown Aquatics sells WYSIWYG specimen
-
5) Flame angel - great fish, potential may eat corals, but hit or miss

6) orchid Dottyback - nice fish, can be aggressive, smart to add last, but it may be agressive with your clowns. Your tank is big enough there shouldn't be a problem.

2 weeks away from officially starting. I had originally had pvc as the base for my planned rock structure, but I was worried about a sand sifting goby unearthing the pvc, and I didn't want to see that in the tank. So here is my rock that will be going in tank. The left most pieces will have a rock going across the top of them to provide some shelter.

Water, sand, and rock in! If anyone has a cup of their live sand to share to help get some diversity started let me know, it's greatly appreciated. I'm in P'burg NJ so looking for something within a half hour.

I am in 08816 looks like about an hour away I can hook you up with some sand and cheato if you want it.. And can't find any closer..

Got light setup together. Waiting for one more ai nano and then just going to touch up some paint to hide the black strip. The arms swing from center to the side too.

Love the barnacle blennies and the black ice clowns. Well done so far.

I know, I think they are already my favorite too. I was hoping to get these kind when I ordered b/c I heard there are some less colorful ones. It's cool how you can see them blinking - it gives them so much more personality than the other fish
