Max TDS Reading?

I have TDS meter on the output line of my RO filter and i was wondering what number is the max before you change your filters? right now i'm at 1.

Out of my RO is 3-4ppm and then the DI drops it down to 0ppm

I don't think there is any "absolute" reading, If you start having algae problems..then you should think about changing your RO Membrane

When my RO was brand new it never went below 8. If I run it for a few hours I can get it below 3. Now the DI, once it goes above 2 I swap it out for a new cart and used the old DI cart as the input a new DI refill.
