My tank is 34 gallon display and 9 gallon sump totaling 43 gallons.
Is that too much fish?

As far as inverts planning to have like 4 peppermint shrimps, a cleaner shrimp, an emerald crab and a tiger pistol for the goby

If you keep up with maintenance I don't think that would be too many fish.
i agree....i would just avoid very aggressive clowns...weekly wc's should be ok
nice list. Not 100% on 3 Bangkai cardinal. I just noticed last night my 1 has gotten pretty large (about double it size) since I put him in about 6+ months ago. I do hear they like to school and I thought they stayed small so maybe mine hit full size but not sure.
So maybe 1 Cardinal. I read they breed easy and I don't want to deal with that

My cardinal hangs out in front of my tank. He looks like he is pissed off at the world. Very cool fish I am just shocked how big he has gotten
true....they do get big (assuming you keep em around for that long)
