and the stand is staying the size it is i threw on the jeans LOL prolly going to run up to steves to get sand and possibly trop to get some lace rock

you should swing by if ur going out, i could give ya the canopy,overflow and stuff. itll fit in the vdub. it is in peices...

LOL what a mistake to expensive for my blood ended up leaving with nothing and getting 30lbs of sand at petsmart for 27 buks

Looking good Mike, ;) What lights are you going with? I have a new 250 watt metal halid ballast, just sitting on a shelf in my garage. I will probably never use it,if you want it you can have it. ;D

Ok Well with the help of Jersky the hood is 99% finished would have been 100% if we didnt decide to go with 1X12 for the sides and front I had 1X9's but that would only leave around 6-7" of space from the lights to the water top so we decided to go with 1x12 to move the lights up more. Jersky was like take these back and get 1 1x12 so i shove the wood back into my little jetta drive to home depot return the wood and get 1 1x12 like i was told to plus hinges and handles come back to Jersey's we start cutting (well he starts cutting i'm banned from power tools lol) we get the sides cut and look around then at eachother and he goes oh SH__!!! you listend to me and got 1 1x12 ummmm what are we going to use for the front LOL So i says forget it I aint going back to home depot tonight they are going to think I am crazy so after a good laugh we assembled what we could and now i will run to the depot again tomorrow and get 1 more 1x12 LOL I hope the same people arent there. the configuration of the hood will have a full front flip top front face and 2 doors i will post some pics tomorrow.
