Mindstream coming soon???

When this first was announced there was a ton of buzz about it but it seemed to have dropped off once crowd funding failed. Here's a new update. Definilty out of my budget but cool nonetheless.

I also think that the mindstream succeeded in getting people thinking. Jim Welsh unveiled an auto alk tester at macna and another company is bringing other auto testers to market soon. Really cool cutting edge stuff.

Personally, I feel something like this would benefit outlets like aquariums or some type of aquaculture farm. Maybe even a LFS ; Something that needs constant attention and monitoring. For the the home hobbyists to have daily tests for parameters may be a bit extreme IMO especially for the price and the subscription required

Agreed. I think the most important thing mind stream did was get others thinking. The product Jim welsh debuted hooks into an apex making it possible to run a doser off of real time numbers.

Yea I saw that, and that item is more feasible for the HH. I think if MS set their target markets commercially they will do well. I can see distributors/wholesalers taking advantage of this item. I think the biggest gamble will be this things accuracy.
