Mixing Salt

Yes this is right, I do not think anyone touced on why tho.

Add not enough water fast enough and it will precipitate its calcium and now your have water that is cloudy\milky and EDITED up that will not disolve over time. In fact you will have instant white film on everything in your mixing container or newly set up tank. This will be a big mess.

RODI water to fill bucket. pump, salt, heater. it doesn't make sense to put salt in my 35 gal. bucket then slowly drip water into it. just common sense I think.
