Molly for GHA what do you think?

So I have a little bit of a hair algae problem. Would I benefit from a couple mollies. I see they devour GHA. My snails and lawnmower Blenny either don’t touch it or do very little to control it. Looking for ideas. Also if tank is treated with fluconazole will anything eat algae or will it just die off from the fluconazole.

If you have a biggish tank just add tangs. You may need to do some manual removal. (People tend to not do this) The fish generally don't eat inches of hair algae. You need it kinda trimmed down, I bet once it's manageable the foxface alone will make sure you never see any again again.

Don't use fluconizal. Very harsh very ******** product in my opinion. It will completely nuke the "gut health" of your tank.

Tank is a 120 with a yellow tang, Foxface, Lawnmower Blenny as well as some other fish. I have been scrubbing but I think this is a product of me beating Dinos. Guess I will have to get in there and get to work. Is this something that should be done with flow off so it doesn’t spread or don’t worry about that.

I wouldn't worry about that. Not claiming you shouldn't worry, but I wouldn't. Sometimes Mexican turbos will eat the long stuff, but really I'd get in there and remove as much as you can day after day after day. Between yourself and the herbivores you'll get ahead of it.
