basicly you set your powerhead(s) high in the tank facing the same direction. It will give you full tank circluation in a loop from the powerhead along the top and tward the powerhead on the bottom. I did this last year in my 20 and was able to only use 1 modded maxijet 900 to circulate the whole tank.
For corals it is best to have a second set on the opposite side and alternate the sides every hour or so to change the direction of flow. Corals will be healthier and will grow more even.

Try 2 on the top of each side pane facing each other, then time each side to alternate every hour. If the powerheads are strong enough you should have a great flow circulating the whole tank.
If that don't work you need stronger powerheads to achieve a gyre.
Thw powerheads should show surfave turbulance at least 2/3 of the tank for this to work. The water will automaticly return along the bottom without any extra help.
