Whoa whoa they can have a party in mine as well lol

Sent from my DROIDX

If you're going to help Kevin out with the move I can bring a few frags. Shoot me a PM about what zoos you have. I'm sure I can cut a few of mine up for you.

You have any frags of those superman zoas you had in your tank?

You mean the Spidermans? I don't have any Superman ones. I suppose they could be though, they are blue and red. I hate the names on these things.....

Here are the Spidermans:

Edit: Forgot to mention, no, I don't have any frags of them yet. They are spreading pretty nicely though, maybe by the time its time to move his tank, not sure though.

So, this is definitely going down on the Saturday, May 26th.
I'm still debating on how I'm going to actually proceed. Nikki had some really good tips
Quick question. How do I save my snails or anything that's in the sand? I'm not re-using the sand. Just pick them out?

noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo I'll be in a truck moving a friend up from Florida!

That exactly what I did. After I removed everything else I just sifted through the sand to pick out whatever I could find. If the are Nassarius snails, you could feed the tank just prior to pulling Everthing. That should bring them out of the sand, then they are easy to get.

It's okay! I'll actually be off that whole week.. but figured it would be best to actually move on a Saturday.

lol. my fiance says "UP FROM THE GRAVEEEE!" when the Nassarius come out.

Can the corals be in the same tank as the fish or is that asking for trouble?

Take it slow with the snails. Sift the sand, remove everything you see, feed, remove everything you see, and wait. Repeate. When you think you are done, put the sand in a rubbermade with some water (1" over sand). You will find more snails about an hour or so later in my experience. Make sure you wear gloves if you plan to sift the sand by hand.

welp. I was getting anxious. I couldn't wait till Saturday so I moved it today. Long story short, what a PITA! I moved most of it myself until my friend came over to help lift the heavy stuff after work. I hope Johnathan is okay, because I haven't seen him on in a few weeks!
It's late, so I'm not going to write anything long. I've been at this since 1pm. The fish are at my apartment in a QT tank so the new sand can settle. Have to reconfigure the apex. will write more tomorrow!
