We used a lawyer when we bought our current house to look into an issue with an unresolved lean. He was local in Haddonfield or Cherry Hill if I recall. I can look up his name of you like.

So since I'm getting a house I won't be needing this its a 75rr on a custom built stand stand sits 3ft tall over all hight 68in very nice no scratches anywhere that I can see I posted on CL for 300obo but I'm posting here for 250obo tank comes with sump that is set up for refuge but does not come with rock or return
