Moving tank

Howdy,

I have to move my AIO 30 gallon about 10 feet. Any tips?

I was thinking draining as much water as possible and hopefully dragging the stand with tank to new location and just refilling

I've done that before. Like Eric said I'd leave some water in it. No need to drain it all. Just move it real slow.

So my only suggestion is if you aren’t doing the move today, siphon/clean the sand a bit. So when you are moving it you don’t expose the gas pockets in 2 inches of water and kill all the fish.
ASK ME HOW I KNOW!

If you drain that much water get some furniture slider and put underneath if you can lift it or have help lifting it a bit.

Done it too. If you have corals, make sure to refill as soon as you can. If they dry out they will die. Lost a stylo when I moved my 30 AIO.
