Pulled into this distillery while driving by in Colt’s Neck and picked up a bottle of rye after sampling.
It’s handmade small batch and is one of the better rye whiskies I’ve ever had, and at $46 its a steal for the quality.
Big caramel and oak nose with fantastic initial vanilla hit followed by a great amount of lingering pepper spice burn.
Worth dropping in and picking up a bottle if you're in the area and are a rye or bourbon fan.
