My Big Finger Leather Dying

I came home today after work and my Finger Leather is less than half it size and just going away. I am very sad to see it is dying after four years with awesome growth.
This is a photo of it when it was healthy ;D

Hi Nick,
I do not think it will pull through. It is turning brown in spots. Every thing else looks OK.

Have you tried cutting off the good stuff? You should frag the parts you think you can save, dip them in an iodine solution and remove from the tank the stuff with the decay (brown jelly?).
