My First Rescue Attempt

This is the first time I'm going to try and bring a coral back from the brink. Its a Bubble Coral. Picked it up fairly cheap and hoping for the best. Any suggestions or info that might help it make it would be great.

As long as the polyps continue to come out. It likes where it is just make sure to feed it.
