My Trident is back from Neptune!

Just want to say thank you to Neptune, they came through! After some issues I was having with Trident, which is out of warranty, that couldn’t be fixed remotely I sent it in for service. Neptune didn’t charge me a dime for the repairs and they sent me a 2 month reagent kit along with new lines at no cost. I’m just excited to have it back online so now I can start dosing All For Reef. Thank you Neptune!

I have to agree. I bought a second hand apex and they provided me with support even though they really didnt have to. The other hardware sellers immediately ask for original receipt and deny assistance if not original owner.
