Naso Tang injured

So the scalpel on my Sailfin is looking better, but I think the Sailfin broke her scalpel when going after my Naso Tang. The Naso has a nice sized wound on her side. Do I have to worry about infection or anything? I'd really have a hard time getting her out of the tank and she would NOT be happy in my 10 gallon QT!!!!! I tried getting a picture of it...but I don't have the skills to take a high speed picture, since she NEVER stops swimming!!!!

Most tangs beat each other up here and there. All mine always healed fine on their own. Just let nature do its thing

I have seen an occasional scratch make sure you give them something like selcon and garlic...along with generally good nutrition it helps.
