Need Help Moving New Tank, May 26 in Rockaway!

I am picking up my new Glasscages tank (and stand) in White Plains on Saturday, May 26 and I would be grateful if I could get some volunteers to help bring it into the house!
The tank is 65 X 30 X 24 High, and I have NO IDEA how much it's going to weigh. Glasscages says we need at least 4 people to move it, but the more the merrier. Non-lifting gawkers are welcome.
My neighbor is taking the stand in his van, and I'm carrying the tank in mine.
I hope to be returning for with the tank early in the afternoon.
I live at 121 Valley View Dr. in Rockaway 07866.
Beer and pizza will be provided as is customary!
Please let me know if you can make it.

I'm still getting details from Glasscages, but I think we can get some help on the delivery end (White Plains) getting it in the vans. Unless someone has a panel truck they want to volunteer! My main concern is going from the van into the house, no stairs or anything, it't going on the first floor.
The tank is 1/2" glass on the sides 3/4" on the bottom, so it should be nice and heavy.

Brian and Bill, Sam and I are planning on car pooling. Since you two are up that way, you want to jump in with us? This way there only needs to be one designated driver!

I think you would be kind of back tracking then no? I think we have to drive right by you... But if you want to come here...so be it!

So, we're all ready Jim...are you!?

Well, I haven't ordered the pizzas yet, if that's what you mean... :)

No, I'm not ready. I have most of the gear I need, skimmer, pumps, reactor, ballasts, etc. I have to build a structure for the lights. I haven't done any plumbing yet becuz who knows where glasscages will actually drill the holes!

The stand comes unfinished, too, so there's a project right away.

This weekend I'm moving a 45G cichlid tank that is sitting where the new tank will go.

I want to ask you about the stand you have your sump on, the dimensions. I built mine like a conventional workbench, and then I saw yours and went D'OH! So I want to build one like yours.

I have some tanks to use as a sump but I still need to drill them and decide what I want the sump to be. I did buy a 85MM glass drill for the 2" bulkhead the sequence dart needs.

I am taking it super-slow, because this is going to be "the tank where I get everything right" har har. I plan to have the whole system running fresh water for a while while I work on plumbing issues etc, before the first 'pod even moves in.

Do you have an idea of what time you would need us up there?

As far as the shelving for my sump and Fuge goes... If I had to do it again, I would change a few things.. I wouldn't make it as tall or as deep. That was kind of stupid on my part (I didn't build it either, had a friend help me with it)...Live and learn right?!

I am supposed to get a a call detailing what hours they are there with the tanks. My plan is to drive up there in the morning and be back in early afternoon.

I heard from Glasscages. We are picking up the tank at around 12 noon in White Plains (Greenburgh) NY. If people would show up between 1 and 2 PM at my place that would be fantastic!
If anyone wants to come along to the pickup site, come around 11 AM.
