Need Help with a Sump Mine has a leak and need a new one Maid

Hi, I would like to know if someone can build a Sump for Me. My DIY is leaking again.
It would be 24"L x 14"W x 14"H It would be just a open box with no baffles. It would be the one on the left side I need to replace in the photo. But I think the leak might be from the CPR Filter sock holder it clamps to the Sump. You can see in the Photo.
If I can get a Sump maid I might glue the sock holder in side of the sump or make one for it.
If not that is OK If you know of any one that might help me out that would be great.
Thank You,
Daniel Murray

Daniel, are you sure the tank is actually leaking? It could just be water bubbling out of the filter sock and splashing out. That happened to me when mine was too dirty, and wasn't letting water get through fast enough.

If you know it's leaking, fill it with water and let it sit, then try to find where the leak is.

If that's an acrylic tank (looks like it), I have some weldon and an applicator... we might be able to just repair the leak and have you back up and running in less than a day. Let me know if you want to try that and I can stop over after work one night.

Thanks for the Reply. I am all most sure it is the Dam CPR sock holder.
I might try to mount it on the inside of the sump. So it will sit a little lower in the sump. I am not a big fan of this sock holder. When I maid my sump I should of maid my own sock holder so it would have bin part of the sump.
The bad part is I just do not have the time to remake it.

Can you post a close up pic of the sock holder and how it attaches to the sump? Maybe some dimensions of the holder too? I saw it when I was at your house, but I didn't get a good look at it.

Maybe we can patch it up or something? I have a huge piece of 1/4" thick acrylic that we can use and might be able to make a splash guard or something to fix this.

I have maid a splash guard and I resealed the inside of the sock holder seams. CPR did a very poor job of gluing the the holder together.

OK, I got my new sump that was maid by ADHI. they did a awesome job with it.
Now all I need is my Hole saw kit from work so I can drill it out for my bulkheads.
Here are some photos if it.

Do you have the core bits that match the bulkheads? If you do, then it shouldn't be too hard to drill them in acrylic. Much easier than glass anyway.

I do it is in my Tool Box at work. I just never thought I would receive the sump so fast. I am off from work today but I am going by there to pick up my Hole saw kit. I would like to get the new sump in today.

Cool. If you need a hand, just let me know. I'm at work and only 8 minutes away from your house. I could be there a little after 5:00 if you need me.
