I have 1 XR30 G3Pro and 2 XR30 that I'm trying to use with an Apex WXM. I used a Reeflink to program the G3Pro and one of the G4Pro's and they are visible in my Apex Dashboard. The other G4Pro I cannot program with the Reeflink, even though I've used it with a Reeflink in the past. When I connect it in to the Reeflink, it recognizes the G4Pro - I can do a factory reset and upgrade and when I try to add it to my aquarium, it recognizes it (see pic 1 where it shows the correct serial number)
Then when I hit 'NEXT' it says it wants to upgrade the firmware, even though it is on the latest. Whether I upgrade or not, it never reconnects to the Radion. It says "waiting for device connection" but never does. I spoke to Ecotech Marine and they said it was because it was running Mobius, which it is not. I confirmed that it was not by running the Mobius software and they said to send it in for service, which I don't want to do. I also tried using the Connection Manager which also didn't work. Sorry for the long post but any suggestions would be most appreciated - thx.
