Best bet would be to remove the rock and kalkwasser the mushrooms. But look around after you remove the rock. You will find babies. Kill them or they will be back

If you can remove the rock. Do so. Mushrooms are sturdy. Take scalpel and create a border by cutting away all the mushroom you can see (they will slime pretty bad so be careful ). Get as close to the base as possible.

Check the surround area in the tank for babies
Put the rock back in the tank. Turn off flow.
Now use kalwasser (anything that touches will not be happy so be careful ). Wait 5 —10 mins and turn flow back.

Watch over the next weeks and just keep hitting with kalkwasser till the pest is dead

In an sps tank I stopped putting mushrooms as of last month. They are too uncontrollable (at least the ones you don’t want to grow fast) since they release and reattach anywhere
