Need to drill a glass tank

Ok, another Booboo. I got my 180g drilled for closed loop. The drain need to fit 1.5" pvc pipe since a Sequence Dart is going to run the oceans motions. However the hole that is made can fit only a 1" pvc. This hole needs to be made bigger.

Can someone help me with this? Since the tank is big, I wont be able to transport it. I am looking for someone who can come home and do it for me. I live in Edison.

Somebody help!!!

On second thoughts, Can I just use a 1" pipe for the drain? The sequence dart inlet is 1.5" inches. So either I increase right outside the tank or closer to the pump. Then the dart sends it to the four 1" returns. Would this be a problem?
