Need your help identifying this thing.

Does anyone know what these are? I just realized my overflow box is full of them. At first, I thought they were vermetid snails, but they are soft, so I'm not sure if it's tubeworm or some other pest.

Loks like pineapple sponge to me

I don't know if it needs to have a crown to be pineapple sponge, but none of them do.

May not be a pineapple, but I still think it's a sponge of some sort- filter feeder- I got some that look like tree roots
