Need your help someone in my tank is causing trouble.

So I have 2- scolys and a monti on my sand bed. Some not mentioning any names (but assuming it’s the melanarus wrasse) keeps covering them in sand. I’m not sure how to stop or correct this. Do I lay a flat piece of live rock on the bottom and sit them on top?
They are on opposite sides of the tank so I’d need more than one. I’d appreciate any help or comments and maybe you have or had this same issue. Thanks for looking out.

Is about using eggcrate. Maybe double or triple it then place the coral on top.

could be your powerheads as well, are the powerheads causing any sandstorms?
