wow having such a miserable customer service experience with them on very first purchase (resolving defective merchandise). Spent so long to decide on them what a bummer. This just a one-off ?

I have my personal issues with the apex fusion but i haven't had the need yet to deal with customer service

For me the display module that came with the apex jr was doa. Didn't have any problem getting them to acknowledge that, however now it is now 18 days passed since i shipped it back (which they wanted me to pay shipping until I complained) and today just received notice that it was repaired and I will get it after another 7 days. geez. Was looking forward to using some idle time over the holidays to set this up oh well.
