Nero 3 stopped working

I’m having trouble getting this thing to work. Every time looks like it is going to get started and moves a bit but stops and doesn’t do anything after. I cleaned it up and connected and disconnect but nothing seems to work

Any suggestions?

Now look like it can connect and says my email not valid

contact AI at this point, could be a hardware issue but no clue why you’re not able to login on the app.
