...and in with the new. My clownfish pair went off to a new home with @iTzJu yesterday, so I made a trip to Reefco today. I actually went last Sunday too and picked up a firefish and a McCoskers wrasse (that I haven’t seen since it went in the tank last week), today was round two. I went to get a few bar gobys, got them and ended up getting a somewhat unexpected extra. I was thinking a Hectors goby or Midas blenny, but ended up with a Desjardini Sailfin tang. It happened to be in the same tank as the bar gobys, has been there since early Feb. I got to talking with the sales guy about it and got a nice discount on it so it now has a new home. Very happy with the sailfin. A very nice addition to my display and to my relief no aggression from my kole tang. The kole either goes about it’s business or they swim together. What a beautiful pair. My tank is so much more alive now with not only the new additions but the clowns gone. Even with the male out and the female by itself the tank seemed subdued. The fish seem much more relaxed and active with the clowns gone.
