Pakistani Butterfly ill

Had the fish a few weeks and seemed to be eating and getting along. It decimated my Green Birds Nest, only a few polyps left. This morning the fish was swimming erratically, in circle and not straight and breathing heavy.
Now its contained in the tank as I don't want it dead behind rocks. Any ideas what happened in 12 hours?

That sucks once it stars eating you would think it will survive. My never ate.

It pigged out on algae sheets and frozen angel / butterfly food.
The markings seem like burnt spots and assume it was my torch coral, not that big honestly.
Does suck as it was a nice fish.

Can't say for sure from the photos, but butterflies are notorious for getting bacterial infections: TANK TERROR: Bacterial Infections In The Reef Tank

I preemptively use NFG on them: National Fish Pharm : Nitrofuracin Green
