Palys long tentacle ?

I have never seen this before, there is long 1-2" tentacles coming out from the mouth of my Red Wine Palys .

whats up with that? My Goby seems to hang around them , but he's done that for many days and this never happened.

Mine do that when they don't have bright lights on them. what kind of lights are they under and how far from the top are they?

I don't know why they do that. I have mine under 12" from 250mh. I don't think is the light issue. Maybe they are pissed off.

Zoopoo was my guess as well. The stretched stems look like zoas desparate to get more light though, and I'm guessing that's what Ed is referring to rather than the poo strands.
